Starting with the Taste-Profile Detection
Click on the Start button on the homepage to begin answering our visual questionnaire. This process involves rating a series of house images based on your preferences, helping our QBrain system to understand your taste profile and provide personalized design recommendations.
Using the House-Plan Customization Tool
If you're ready to customize a house plan, click on the Customize button on the homepage. Our customization software will guide you through the process, allowing you to make decisions on key aspects of your home design.
Purchasing Your Designs
After customizing your design, you can choose to purchase the design plans in PDF or BIM (Revit file) formats. The PDF is sufficient for visualizing the design, discussing it with a contractor, and applying for building permits. However, if you wish to modify the design in detail or collaborate with architecture professionals, the Revit file would be more suitable.
What Next?
With our architectural drawings, you can visualize the design, then discuss it with a contractor for an initial estimate. Before construction, you'll need to engage with a structural engineer to create necessary structural drawings. Post-construction, these drawings can assist in marketing if you're selling or renting.
